DIRTTIME ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our DIRTTIME mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

When you use DIRTTIME, you may provide the following information:

• Bike Information: Details about your motorcycles including make, model, year, current hours, and mileage
• Maintenance Records: Service logs, maintenance tasks, and completion dates
• Ride Logs: Information about your rides including hours ridden, distance traveled, and terrain type
• Photos: Images you choose to associate with your bikes

Automatically Collected Information

DIRTTIME does not automatically collect personal information, analytics data, or usage statistics. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.

Data Storage

Local Storage Only

All your data is stored locally on your device. DIRTTIME does not transmit your bike information, maintenance records, ride logs, or photos to any external servers. Your data remains entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

We use Apple's built-in storage systems (AsyncStorage and App Groups for widget functionality) to securely store your data on your device.

No Cloud Sync

DIRTTIME does not currently offer cloud synchronization. This means:

• Your data is not backed up to our servers
• We cannot access, view, or recover your data
• Your data stays private and under your control

Important: We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (iCloud Backup or iTunes/Finder backup) to protect against data loss.

Third-Party Services

DIRTTIME does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, including:

• Analytics providers
• Advertising networks
• Social media platforms
• Crash reporting services

Device Permissions

DIRTTIME may request the following permissions:

• Camera/Photo Library: Used only if you choose to add photos of your bikes. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

All permissions are optional and the app functions fully without granting them.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, security is provided by:

• Apple's iOS security features and encryption
• Your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID protection
• App sandboxing that prevents other apps from accessing DIRTTIME's data

Children's Privacy

DIRTTIME is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and never transmitted, no children's data is collected by us.

Your Rights

Data Access and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app at any time
• Modification: You can edit or update any information in the app
• Deletion: You can delete individual bikes, logs, or tasks within the app. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app from your device.
• Export: Your data remains on your device and can be preserved through iOS backups

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DIRTTIME mobile application (the "App") operated by DIRTTIME ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DIRTTIME, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DIRTTIME.

2. Description of Service

DIRTTIME is a mobile application designed to help users track motorcycle maintenance, log rides, schedule service tasks, and manage maintenance reminders for their dirt bikes and motorcycles. The App provides:

• Motorcycle and bike profile management
• Hours and mileage tracking
• Maintenance task scheduling and reminders
• Service history logging
• Ride logging with terrain considerations
• Home screen widgets for iOS

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the App, including bike details, service records, and maintenance schedules.

3.2 Maintenance Decisions

DIRTTIME is a tracking and reminder tool only. You are solely responsible for:

• Determining appropriate maintenance intervals for your specific motorcycle
• Consulting your owner's manual and qualified mechanics for service requirements
• Making all maintenance and repair decisions for your vehicles
• Ensuring your motorcycle is safe and roadworthy

3.3 Data Backup

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data using iOS backup features. We cannot recover lost data.

4.1 No Professional Advice

DIRTTIME does not provide professional mechanical, safety, or maintenance advice. The App's maintenance reminders and suggestions are general guidelines only and should not replace:

• Your motorcycle's owner's manual recommendations
• Advice from qualified mechanics and service professionals
• Manufacturer service bulletins and recalls
• Your own judgment based on riding conditions and bike condition

4.2 As-Is Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not warrant that:

• The maintenance intervals suggested are appropriate for your specific motorcycle
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The calculations and reminders will be accurate in all situations

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIRTTIME, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Personal injury, property damage, or accidents resulting from motorcycle maintenance decisions
• Loss of data stored in the App
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Damage to your motorcycle or other property

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIRTTIME and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App
• Maintenance decisions you make based on information from the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DIRTTIME and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the DIRTTIME name or logo without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. User Content

Any content you create in the App (bike profiles, service logs, photos, etc.) remains your property. Since this content is stored locally on your device, you retain full control over it.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store and Apple's services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Remove the App from the App Store

Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Posting the revised Terms on this website

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DIRTTIME regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
